The Govett-Brewster and leading wine brands toast to a new partnership

The Govett-Brewster Art Gallery is pleased to announce its newest Visionary Supporter, Hancocks Wine & Spirit Merchants and leading wine labels Sacred Hill, Jackson Estate, Brookfields, Wildsouth and Lake Chalice.

 

Kate Roberts, Acting Director said: “We are delighted to have the support of Hancocks. Their New Zealand wine brands create a great synergy with the Gallery's programme of cutting edge exhibitions.”

 

Hancock, a 100% family owned business based in New Zealand, and their associated wine brands will be the major wine sponsors at all exhibition openings for the next year, beginning with the opening of the international show What sound does a color make? on 20 May 2006. 

 

Jeremy Burn, Hancocks New Zealand Wine Brand Manager said: “This is a wonderful opportunity for five of Hancocks most established brands to be aligned with such a reputable Contemporary Art Gallery.”

 

Mike Radich, Taranaki Wine Merchant and key supporter of the Gallery will work with Hancocks and the Govett-Brewster to nurture and develop this key partnership. The Govett-Brewster Art Gallery's Visionary Supporter Programme, enables businesses to support the Gallery in its development of leading contemporary art exhibitions to the widest possible audience.
